Reporting to: CFO
Core Responsibility:
Prepare, Present Financial Plan & Budget in coordination with CEOs.
Prepare treasury plan and funds control on monthly bases.
Real Estate Development Division

Prepare monthly financial and management reporting package for management decision making, which includes organization’s business at the glance, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), business highlights, balance sheet, P&L and variance analysis.


•Prepare management reports and statements on monthly basis - projected cash flow statements and forecast financial statements.
•Ensure appropriate controls are in place including controlling expenditure and ensure adherence to budgets and business plans.
•Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
•Financial & MIS reporting, budgeting & forecasting, performing variance analysis.
•Manage working capital efficiently by ensuring accounts receivables are collected promptly to have enough funds to meet short-term obligations.
•Prepare management reports and identify and communicate areas of concern and suggested improvements to relevant departments.
•Anticipating future cash flow requirements of projects.
•Provided all necessary clarifications and endorsements to external and internal auditors.
•Finalize payment plan and readjustment of plan.
•Bank handling & bank reconciliation.
•Inventory control and supply chain management.
