Manage inbound and outbound performance with Outsourced Logistics Operations providers.
Monitoring the stock level, Distributing & Managing the stock from Jeddah Main Depot to all over the Branches of KSA.
Maintaining and developing relationships with current, new and potential Transport service providers.
Work with management to identify trends in performance and opportunities for improvement.
Direct daily delivery operations, staffing and resources to accomplish delivery schedule within the assigned delivery area.
Managing the stock as per the Sales Team request by forecast (monthly & daily).
Organizing the production of Private Labels FT & TN with the Production team.
Monitor productivity & Stock Shortage.
Handling and executing the orders deliveries over all KSA.

Operating all logistic assets and familiar with shipping documents.
Collecting document from supplier, consumer and 3PL for upcoming shipments (sea freight & air freight).
Coordinates and controls the orders and associate the information systems.
Updating the file in the system, tracking the shipments, managing the files.
Prepares & reviews files for import/export documents such as customs declarations, (SLI) shippers letter of instruction, SED (shipper's export declaration), IC (import certificate), etc. required for the lawful completion of import/export activities. Ensures that commercial and sales invoices are accurate in accordance with physical shipment and customer's SLI, quantities, value of goods, country of origin, and other regulatory requirements. Administers the efficient and economical movement of goods in compliance with relevant local, country and international customs laws and processes
Assisting Management about the day to day work progress.
Assisting day to day communication with clients from the shipping company.

• Issuing Master B/L from Non Negotiable B/L.
• Updating the file in the system, tracking the shipments, managing the files.
• Keeping all records up to date for the upcoming shipment.
