• Managing, mentoring & coaching a team of GRC Presales executives/SME’s and generate quality proposals to win business
• Sound knowledge of Enterprise Risk, Cybersecurity, Internal Audit GRC solutions across industry/verticals

• Supervise 12 full time bid coordinator, Technical Presales, DTP and GRC SME’s

• Facilitate bid strategy meetings and allocate deliverables to bid team members
• Ensure compliance of bid activities with corporate strategy
• Review bids to ensure compliance with PQQ/RFT/ITT deliverables, pricing and formulated win themes & added value
• Manage end to end large external partner/sub-contractor led bespoke bid submissions
• Facilitate post bid client feedback and “lessons learnt” process
• Laid down the foundation of industry best practices and published processes in Bid Management and Presales - Bid qualification, Kick-off call, BRM, MoM, Checkpoint calls, analytical framework and bid automation tool implementation
• Sound knowledge of Cloud Computing, Virtualization (AWS/Azure), SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Managed Services, Enterprise Software, Enterprise Networking, SAN Storage, VMware, EMC, Citrix, and Cisco etc.

My core responsibility is to coordinate the bid process throughout the life cycle from lead generation through to contract award. I also drive and implement continuous improvement in areas of business development and bid related activities.

• Creating and updating sales & marketing collateral - brochures, pitches, presentations, case studies etc
