• Receive the Visitors, Guests on the front reception forInterviews.
• Communicate with them & Make the access for them for enter in the Building.
• Maintain the record to the Staff, workers, contractors, Cameras in/out.
• Protection of the premises from theft & damages.
• Telefone Operator, Mail Handling
• Making accident reports and sending to Management.
• Updating all record and information.
• Providing emergency backup.
• Alarm & Surveillances equipment monitoring, Protection of confidential information, material or processes.
