Ensure subcontractors are qualified for the job and subcontractors have enough teams and resources to undertake the project activities.
Follow up with Subcontractor for pending issues closure
Ensure material is planned from main office and provided to Subcontractor on time
Ensure Site sign/site verification is done by subcontractor in the supply chain system for inventory control and management
Ensure Purchase order are provided to all parties for various procurement activities, on time
Coordinate with subcontractor team to arrange site acceptance visits with Customer and getting sites accepted, snag free
To conduct training's for developing technical competence of Engineers
To follow Field Operations SOPs along with improvement suggestions for reducing fault occurrence & down time
Completion of special projects assigned from time to time within given SLA with strict follow up
To ensure the Preventive Maintenance is carried out as per schedule & laid down SOP
Responsible for weekly & monthly update to Line Manager regarding regional cluster issues
Responsible for updated database regarding overall site complete status & reporting to line Manager
Responsible Network Monitoring: identify the location and severity of the alarm or event and initiate recovery actions and notification procedures if required
