Currently managing a team of 20 people delivering value based operational support for a Government
entity.
 Day to day tasks involve site reconnaissance, site acceptance, delivery of Documents outlining current
network infrastructure, optimising and proposing Best Practices.
 Also upgrading the network elements all the way from Data center to end users. Technologies involved are
Aruba WiFi, Avaya IPT systems, Cisco Routers and Switches, F5 LTMs, Infoblox DDIs, Solarwinds Orion and
NCM as NMS, Palo Alto 5250s.

• Our company is being contracted by KBR for supporting IP Deployment and Operations nationwide for the
Ministry of National Guard.
• Acting as Western Region Technical Lead for a team of 10 Engineers for rolling out New Technologies for
National Guard.
• Also responsible for managing team for Operations and Management of already provisioned Network.
• Involved in implementing Multi site extension of VPN users across the nationwide public MPLS Cloud, and
transition of legacy ACS to Cisco ISE Solution for the client.
• Key member of the Initiation & Mobilization, Planning, Design, and Implementation teams to carve out the
processes for successful Project completion cycle.
• Assisting IPND and RCC Jr/Sr. Engineer with technical issues when access or communications issues cannot
be resolved.
• Attending weekly meeting with KBR Operations team to understand the requirement and fix any GAP in
daily operations
• Provide On-call support and attend the Incident reported by NOC if any.
• Creating accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication
systems

Networking Resource for a majorly Telecom Team for Deployment and Roll-out of L2 and L3 Cisco Technologies.
Involved in most of the Project Deployment Phases including Planning and Design, Configuration and Depolyment, Troubleshooting and Maintenance till Handover to Operations.
Part of the Project Team dealing with Major Telcos of Saudi Arabia like Mobily and ITC.
Recently Successfully completed Mobily's SDH Modernization Project for IPoDWDM, an expansive turnkey project covering more than 17, 000 kms of SNFN Fiber Network.
Implemented Large-Scale Layer 2 Ethernet Technology G.8032 with Protection over 32 SDH Rings, most of them spanning 2000+ kms.
Deployed Next-Gen Cisco's NMS tool, Evolved Programmable Network Manager(EPNM) for resilient Operation, Monitoring and Management of 170 ASR Routers with AAA, NTP, SNMPv3, Syslog etc.
Currently deploying 85 Cisco Routers for ITC Nation-wide for expanding its Network Reach to Business and Home Customers. Technologies involved are IS-IS, MPLS and OSPF.

•Part of the Network Engineering and Computer Center (NECC) for Configuration and Maintaining the Network working on a variety of Network Devices.
•Collaborating with Server and Security Team of DCIT Department to achieve converged and resilient networks.
•Handling various network operation responsibilities based on ITIL described process and procedures.
•Planning and performing software/firmware upgrades/Configuration Changes on various platforms like Cisco Catalyst 6500/4900/4500/3750/3650, Nexus 7k/5k, 7200/7600 routers, ASR 1k series routers

Data Center Engineer - Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) - Riyadh

Responsible for Handling day to day Network Operations for the Data Center consisting of redundant Cisco Nexus
7706 Chassis, Catalyst 3850, HP 5412 and 5406 Enterprise Switches, Multiple UCS Chassis.
 Designing and Maintaining Network Diagram on Visio for the Entire Network.
 Collaborating with Co-Engineers for problems related to Wi-Fi (Adding New Access point, Maintaining Guest Users,
Changes in SSIDs over 4 Cisco Wireless Controllers) and Voice.
 Created Entire Network Infrastructure on Device42, a Data Center Management Web Platform.
 Training New Engineers on Network Infrastructure, troubleshooting and maintaining the Data Centre
 Assisting the Security Engineer on Adding New Policies on Fortinet Intranet and External firewalls

Troubleshoot and Isolate Network Routing and switching Infrastructures on Nexus and other routing platforms.
•Supervise Network Technicians and overlook Physical connectivity to Routers and Switches, Terminal Servers etc. to enforce standards.
•Responsible of maintenance of Core Routers, L2/L3 MPLS VPN & MPLS TE configurations across the network for optimal operations and optimizations.

* Co-ordinate with the Backbone Team to report bugs found on Microsoft products
* Analyze Network Traces for complex issue involving Application and following a (OSI Model) bottom up approach to find errors and discrepancies.
