ESPONSIBILITY: ▪ Repair and maintenance of ITALIAN KNITTING machines and other electro mechanical accessories. ▪ PCB fault finding & repairing like Stepping motor drive, Servo motor drive and pneumatic solenoid valve operating system. ▪ Well Command on installation, Total preventive maintenance, troubleshooting of all type of Electrical & Electronics equipments & Machines Circuits. ▪ Planning, Supervision & energy Conservation. ▪ Maintaining good housekeeping as per 6S standard, Preventive maintenance, cost saving etc. ▪ Digital Signal Processing (DSP). ▪ Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI). ▪ Data Collection Network (DCN).
▪ Mobile network 2G, 3G & 4G Ericsson equipment installation & commissioning. ▪ Have an experience in LOS SURVEY and making the path profile reports and summary. ▪ Installation of HUAWEI & NOKIA 2G, 3G & 4G BTS. ▪ Installation of microwave antenna, commissioning and alignment (ERICSSON & NOKIA. ▪ Maintaining site quality. ▪ BTS Swapping. Projects Handled: ▪ Worked on ERICSSON 2G, 3G & 4G BTS and MV Transmission for MOBILY in Western region. ▪ Worked on Ericsson MV Transmission, Nokia Ultra & Flexi BTS installation and its commissioning and Electrical work at Cell Sites, Power Battery Bank Installation, Site folder and Documentation TSSR, Link Budget for MOBILY & STC in North region.
