* Plan, supervise, and execute safe lifting operations in accordance with international safety standards and site regulations.
* Calculate load weights, center of gravity, and determine the correct crane capacities, rigging hardware, and tackle equipment.
* Lead and direct a team of riggers and signalmen, ensuring clear communication via standard hand signals and radio protocols.
* Conduct pre-lift inspections of all lifting gear, shackles, slings, and mobile cranes to ensure equipment integrity and mitigate risks.
* Develop and review critical lift plans, job safety analyses (JSA), and risk assessments to ensure zero-accident execution on site.
