Business development of a new company in real estate development & tourism.
• Real Estate Development, JV in the tourism sector, B2B collaborations, and government liaising.

• Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and maintaining good relationships with them. Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, and relevant internal departments
• Led multiple projects for improvement in procurement, operations, planning, logistic, inventory control, systems, safety, warehousing and distribution
• Demonstrated track record of leading change management initiatives across all 4M (man, method, machine, material) with a heavy emphasis on cost effectiveness, safety compliance, reliability and inclusion of all stakeholders
• Gained INR 12 crores by developing an excel based model on materials planning and metal balancing
Asset optimisation (Business Excellence)
