Detailed Analysis of CRPO and Scope of work.
➢ IFC Quantities Calculation Base on IFC Drawings.
➢ As built Quantities Calculation based on actual site condition.
➢ Revision of CRPO, If IFC/Actual Value is exceeding CRPO Value.
➢ Reconciliation of final quantities.
➢ Preparing BOQ for construction well wise.
➢ Preparing Monthly Progress Report.
➢ Preparing Monthly Invoices.
➢ Preparing Final 100% invoices.
➢ Documentation for final 100% invoices (MRS close out, PMCC, EIL etc.)
➢ Assigning Schedule “C” item for Additional material.
➢ Preparing JSI’s & TQ’s As per Instructions of construction dept.
➢ Assisting Engineering team in material procurement.
➢ IFC Quantity calculations.
➢ Preparing cash flow summary.
➢ Preparing monthly CRPO Summary.
➢ Preparing weekly project summary report with current status.
➢ Subcontractors Invoice review as per actual progress.
➢ Inspect and compute the value of completed work and projects.
➢ Generate cost and value reports monthly and quarterly, produce accurate
information on cash flow.
➢ Cultivate solid ties with sub‐contractors and client.

➢ Making proposals both technical and commercial according to SOW.

➢ Attending bidding meeting and if required negotiating with client about
cost and duration of project.
➢ Preparing Material and consumables Flow chart to avoid the unavailability
on time.
➢ Reviewing of Drawings according to SOW.

➢ Coordinating with client regarding progress of project.
➢ Ensuring smooth incorporation of any changes in the design and route.
➢ Assisting site supervisor technically.

➢ Facing IBR Authority for all stages.
➢ Site visits to ensure the progress of project.
➢ Coordinating with client and Inspecting authorities applicable for the
project to ensure Successful completion of project.
➢ Witnessing all inspecting stages and confirming it to be clear.
➢ Making schedules for NDT inspections.
➢ Reviewing x‐ray and preparing X‐ray summary of welding joints.
➢ Preparing weld charts.
➢ Ensuring proper follow‐up for WPS and PQR during welding.
➢ Preparing HEAT CHART for all utilized material.
Estimating Material Cost and Quantity.
➢ Sending Enquiries to different suppliers and finalizing order.
➢ Assigning manpower for Different tasks.
➢ Preparing Stage inspection reports.
➢ Offering IBR Visits and Facing IBR inspector.
➢ Preparing all IBR Documents (STAGEREPORT, FORM III, IIIa, IVa).
➢ NDT Results Reviewing (X‐Ray, MPI, UT etc.).
➢ Making AS BUILT drawings.
➢ Coordinating with client with all Projects Details.
➢ Meeting with client and IBR authority.
➢ Ensuring free flow of project activities in order to finish in time.
➢ Facing third party Inspection (BV, LLOYDS etc).
➢ Taking Approval of shop drawing and as built drawings from IBR authority
AND if Third party.
➢ Inspecting piping assemblies (Risers, down comers, Headers INBED coils,
etc.).
Forging First Piece Inspection and Releasing clearance for Production.
➢ Forging Die Inspection for all dimensions as per drawing.
➢ Recording Data for Audit of all inspection Activities.
➢ Preparing Inspection reports.
➢ Final Inspection Of machined component.
➢ Rectifying all the deviated dimensions of Die.
➢ Maintaining Record for Forging and trimming Die Life.
