Monitor contractor’s/subsontractor’s compliance to Quality, HSE and related codes and specifications. Overall inspection of piping activities-welding, coating, NDT, bending. Witness and monitoring of Hydro testing and their reports, RT performance and monitor project repair percentage. lowering and backfilling of pipeline sections & pipeline tie-in weld control. Responsible for review of the MAR & Material Test Certificate, Visual inspection of Pipes, Fittings, and Flanges & Welding Consumables as per the specification. Witness the WQT, PQR review Welders ID, welder report and WPS approval, witness the Golden joints and Tie-in joints. Verify field piping and equipment pressure test punch list, correction and completion of Punch list items. Prepare daily surveillance report for findings and observation during installation activities, Issue internal Non-Compliance Report (NCR) for violation detected in installation work.Verify preparation of Piping test package including Piping test record .Witness of Bolt Torquing and Alignment, Valve Inspection witness as per API standard.Line walk down and review of Test Packages before releasing for Pressure Tests and Reinstatements. Supervise PQR, WQT and witness Mechanical Test and ensure inspection for Hold/Witness point.Witness/Review of NDT - AUT/MUT/RT -interpretation of Radiographs and monitor welder performance and repair rating, PWHT, PMI, Ferrite Test, Hardness Test and Hydro Test reports. Mechanical completion activities in pipeline - valve testing, inspection of cold bends, cleaning, pressure testing, pigging, final line walk through for Reinstatement of each completed piping system prior to mechanical acceptance, draining/dewatering, and pre-commissioning activities. Issuance of Non Conformance reports (NCR) and action for their timely closing. Co-ordination with project construction team (EP) and Operation team, Review the Construction Dossiers and Complete Documentation.

Mechanical inspections coordinate with third party inspection, Coordinate weekly QA/QC meeting with PMC and subcontractor, Coordinate internal QA/QC internal audit etc, Conducting PQR qualification, related documents and preparation like heat input table, Run sheet updating, Conducting welder qualification test, Welder ID card and renewal card and preparation, Inspection during fabrication of pipe spools and pipe supports at shop and fields.

Responsible for Review the MAR & Material Test Certificates and dimensional, visual inspection of Pipes, Fittings, and Flanges & Welding Consumables as per the specification, MTO and codes, Responsible for Monitoring material transporting, handling & storage, monitoring material traceability, Review the method statement, quality procedure, ITP, data sheet & reports (Welding, Painting & NDT, Conduct Audits at Contractors offices/workshops as per PQP, Raise the NCR any deviation from procedure, codes, specification and follow-up and closing-out, Witness the WQT, PQR review Welders ID and WPS approval, witness the Golden joints and Tie-in joints.
