• Inspection of all construction activities at site i.e. Foundations, Elevated Structures, Manholes, RC Pits, Equipment Foundations, Drains and Ditches.
• Inspection of earth work like Excavation & Backfilling.
• Preparation of all checklists required for inspection of construction activities as per ITP.
• Coordination with consultants for Joint Inspection, making RIT’s for the construction activities.
• Inspection of Buildings like Sub-Station, IES (Instrument Equipment Shelter), OMS (Operator Maintenance Shelter), Foundation of Building, Raft, Column, RCC Walls, Block Work, Tiles and also Finishing work.
• Day end reports to the QC Engineer.

a) Co ordination with Clients/ Consultants
b) Preparation of Sub-Contractors & Company Invoices
c) Preparation of Interim Payment Certificates
d) Preparation of bar bending schedules
e) Preparation of rate analysis, bid documents & material statements
f) Coordination with head office for all kind of project related matters
g) Supervise all kind of works like steel, shuttering, concrete poring
h) Prepare the monthly progress report
i) Supervise punch points at the end of project
