Lusail Project
• Ensure that the landscaping works are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents.
• Monitor the progress of the work on a particular section of the contract.
• Assist to prepare monthly progress reports, financial forecasts and making recommendations to the Engineer \ PMS on subject of any contractual matters (claims, EOT, VO…)
• Comment on contractor's proposals for modifications to Permanente works.
• Attend meetings on matters affecting the construction work under my control.
• Check any review the shop drawings, site daily dairy, TQ's, RFI's, material submittals and method statement.
• Check and approve daily notice of inspections.
• Deal with any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the SRE and the CRE.
• Ensure that HS&E are in compliance with contract agreement.
• Ensure that quality of the work is delivered according to the company's safety management plan / quality plan, PMS and to the satisfaction of the client.
Lusail Project
• Control and direct the inspections of the works and supervise the contractor's activities.
• Check that the contractor follows the agreed work program.
• Ensure that the works are carried out according to specifications and drawings by identifying faulty materials, workmanship etc.
• Report to site staff i.e. SRE, RE, QM on site problems, progress, quality of workmanship, etc.
• Guide inspectors with respect to pass the checklist and ensure site dairy, inspectors daily report, ITR and other records are kept up to date.
• Submit monthly progress report or any other return as required by the superior.
• Monitor the progress of work and attend meetings on matters within the sphere of activities.
• Check observation of safety precautions for works to be carried out and report to HSE officer as required.
• Deal with any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by RE and SRE.
• Ensure that HS&E are in compliance with the contract agreement.
JAWAHER AL SAADIYAT
• Reviewing contractors shop drawings and instruct for the needed changes.
• Site managing and direct contractors' problems solving.
• Reviewing materials submittals and discussion with the contractor the availability for other alternative.
• Regular Filed inspections for all landscaping activities.
• Plants tagging trips inside and outside UAE.
Yas Island, Streetscape Project
• Attending all progress meetings.
• Technical works:
• Creating materials submittals & materials log.
• Preparing and applying ITP (Inspection and test plan)
• Creating and following up the Materials inspection requests and approval.
• procuring the project requirements of plants
• 13000 Numbers of trees & palms (28 different types)
• 2, 200, 000 Numbers of shrubs and ground covers (34 different types)
• controlling soft Numbers works:
Preparing the shop drawings for the planting plan activities
Managing the delivery and the planting schedule.
Applying the fertilizer and all chemical additives.
Coordinating all activities on site.
• Assisting the irrigating team.
Yas Island Nursery
• Controlling and managing structure works for 26, 000 square meter of Shaded area.
• Designing and oversee the implementation for the irrigation network for this project.
• Procuring trees (16, 000 Numbers) and palms (3, 150 Numbers)
• Managing the maintenance works for the trees in the nursery.
• handling all documentation works:
• Project and quality plan PQP
• Inspection and test plan ITP
• Material inspection request MIR
• Handing over request
• Daily, weekly and monthly report.
• Supporting QS team in all billing requirements.
Al Raha Nursery Project
• Leveling works for whole project area 360, 000 square meter.
• Structure works:
4, 500 concrete foundation
4, 500 vertical galvanized steel columns and 5200 horizontal galvanized steel Columns
• Implementation offices area with small landscape and Hardscape works.
