I am currently responsible for smooth processing of Payroll for around 1600 Employees using SAP HCM and Successfactors tool.
Calculating Turnover, Diversity, and Kuwaitization Shortfall through various reports.
Running various Employee Engagement Activities.
Manage employee’s grievances (conducting initial investigation), exits and disciplinary actions to ensure appropriate outcome in line with policy.
Exit interviews to reduce overall business turnover.
and making sure all the employees queries related to salaries/HR related processes are answered and resolved on time.
Other duties include:
Supporting recruitment & On-boarding processes.
Works closely with the business heads/Line Managers in tracking organizational movement, Separations, Transfers, Promotions etc.
MY ACHIEVEMENTS
Awarded the best performer of the year (Grand Master) 2016 by General Motors Middle East.
Developed a useful HR tool that combines all the HR processes and forms at one place as part
of Six Sigma Yellow belt project.
By working closely with HR manager, developed a special Dashboard tool that gives idea to
business heads about Turnover, Kuwaitization, Diversity, Recruitment progress at glance.
Developed a summary called “Indemnity @Glance” to give exiting employees a basic idea of
how many months’ salary they will receive upon their separation.
Awarded with I-care culture certification for THE SIX LEVELS OF SERVICE.
Recruitment & Staffing
Develop Execute and Analyze open positions.
Sourcing the candidate's through various sources like employee referral, Online Job Portals (Bayt, Careerjet etc.), and using Social/Professional network.
Screen & review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
Schedule interviews and extend offers of employment
Payroll Management
First point of contact for employees for time and attendance and payroll.
Process payroll and maintain payroll information as required.
Date entry for all time and attendance and personnel transactions.
Preparation of Leave Salary, Final Settlement.
Prepare bank transfer letters, CD’s & Floppies as per Bank requirement.
Opening, Replacing & Cancelling Labor Accounts.
Administration Activities
Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment & Policies.
Maintain administrative forms and manuals.
Compose and distribute routine written correspondence from human resources.
Assist in leave management & employee data management.
Perform other special projects as assigned.
I was responsible for handling payroll for US Client “Mistubishi” offshore in India
The project was developed to study purpose and benefits of welfare activities at Pidilite Industries Ltd. A survey was carried out with help of a questionnaire, given to the employees in order to judge the overall effectiveness of welfare activities.
