I am civil engineer responsible for part of concrete work and for all finishing works of VIP building from 6 floors and 1 basement and Annex Hotel of 6 floors in Summerland resort - Beirut. It is such a great experience to work with MATTA in this project which has too much experience in all fields especially management.

Position: site engineer
Main responsibilities: managing site works in order to finish work within cost and schedule.
Responsible of all construction works.
Coordinating with the main consultant and other sub-contractors to ensure the proper execution of all construction works.
Preparing all necessary necessary paper work for the installation and inspection of construction works.
Managing daily site related activities such as mobilization and demobilization of manpower and equipment.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, as well as developing detailed schedules, planning and manpower distribution.
