-Develop MOF cost estimation procedures in alignment with Mashroat national PMO white-book.
-Lead on estimate tasks at the pre-award stage in collaboration with the Engineering and Contract Management departments.
-Evaluate and analyze topics related to cost estimate at the post-award stage in collaboration with other departments.
-Review the deliverables of various PMC(s) by checking compliance with the approved templates and procedures.

- Provide support to bids and projects by maintaining up to date BIM process documentation
- Assist project teams with review/approval of subcontractor adherence to BIM Implementation Plan (BIP), including model submittal schedule and updates updating of the models to reflect as-built conditions for submittal of the record set/project close-out
- BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up
- Support/lead the adoption of BIM tools and processes at the regional and project level
