• IT administrator: management and supervision for internal network (Provide network and desktop support), divided network to sub networks by (VLAN). Maintenance for computers. Installation Operating system, Programs, Printers, Modems, Routers, Antivirus and Firewall.
• Built applications to manage employers (working, vacation, information, ) by Access2007, Excel2007, and Oracle Html DB.
• Training employers about company applications: \[COHREIS (customer relationship management), WEBBACK (switches management), CIRCEE (devices management), CC.SUPERVISION (connection management).
• Setting standards relative to examine the copper circuit then assess the repair faults.
• Making period statistics (monthly, yearly) to evaluate employers and customer service offices.
• Observation customer service offices in fault locations then making reports.
• Building CRM application-PHP/MYSQL web application-for registration adsl problem and then sort the problems to be follow up between ISP (tarassul.sy), customer service offices and Public data network(PDN).
