Responsibilities & Achievements:

Managed day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio,
including a compound of over 170 villas & 204 apartments, high-rise
residential towers, luxury palaces, farm estates, and corporate
facilities such as Al Mirqab Group head office and accommodations.
Directed and supervised large multidisciplinary teams, including
technicians, engineers, administrative staff, receptionists, security
personnel, Housekeeping personnel and storekeepers, ensuring
smooth operations and high service standards.
Managed and coordinated AMC contractors for MEP systems (HVAC,
plumbing, fire protection, CAS/BMS, and electrical), ensuring
compliance with service agreements, timely execution of preventive
and reactive maintenance, and quality workmanship
Developed, managed, and monitored CAPEX and OPEX budgets,
optimizing resource allocation, controlling operational costs, and
ensuring cost-effectiveness across multiple properties.
Coordinated with consultants, contractors, and service providers
to resolve operational issues, implement system upgrades, and

Oversaw procurement, inventory management, and logistics for all
facilities-related materials, equipment, and spare parts.

through CMMS, ensuring timely execution of work orders (WOs),

uptime, maintenance response times, energy efficiency, and

house teams and AMC contractors to maintain safety, quality, and
