Responsibilities:
Deploy, manage and maintain existing or new IT and computer system in company
Assess the need of IT solution for company and provide recommendation
Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
Provide IT support for company employees
Manage and build IT team for tech support, implementation of existing and upcoming IT solution, training and coaching employees
Recruit IT staff, and appraise their performance regularly
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Plan and execute IT budget for company
Work Description : Implement installation of IT infrastructure that will be used based on the needs of company needs.
Implement and monitor IT network installation process (eg LAN, WAN, server, internet connection, telecommunication, etc.) by vendors, including troubleshooting.
Monitor the use of IT networks based on company policies and procedures Identify hardware requirements (company: printers, laptops, desktops, etc.)
Maintenance CCTV CAMERA & DVR, Window Server 2008 Active Domain Server, PABX, Maintenance Rack Server, Maintenance VPN Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, LAN CABLING, Switch, Wifi Hotspot, Mikrotik & Other IT Related Field.
