The company provides aerospace manufacturing, manpower augmentation, heavy maintenance, repair, overhaul, and upgrades related primarily to the military aerospace defense fixed wing and a rotary fleet of Saudi Arabia, along with maintenance of Head of State and Medical Facility transport aircraft.
• Accountabilities included financial administration management, contracts, legal, technology, and human resources; timely and accurate reporting; establishing financial policies, practices, and procedures; focused business controls; driving financial performance and forecasted profitability using EAC and EVM practices; Primary financial and administrative POC with Boeing Defense, Space & Security, St Louis, MO.
• Management responsibilities included: Primary POC for USG Foreign Military Sales Contracting with DCAA and DCMA; Senior empowered official with ITAR / BIS / DOS controls and matters, coordination, and compliance with 100+ ‘Technical Assistance Agreements’, Contracts and Legal Affairs Management, Primary POC for CAS, DFAR and FAR compliance, Leading the business proposal pricing effort along with compliance management. Prime clients: USAF, US ARMY, BAE, RSAF.
• Significant accomplishments included: CAGR at 6.6% over 14 years for revenue growth and profitability; implementation of Balanced Score Card program; Implementation of a monthly Business Process Review and 3Y/5Y/10Y Long Range Business Plan with a 93% accuracy average over 14-years; Implementation of a sustainable USG / CAS compliance program for a Foreign Corporation. Return on private equity measured at 240% of 140M$ of shareholder capital since 2007.
