• Lead employee on-boarding activities; answer employee questions and provide support to managers when integrating new hires into the organization.
• Proper Tracking of employee boarding process.
• Coordinate and ensure completion of employee exit interviews. Report outcome of exit interview information to management and tracks/maintains data.
• Handling queries related to employees compensation and benefits
• Responsible for xbrl recruitment (Extensible Business Reporting Language (Finance - SEC Filing)
• Recruit highly talented candidates with extensive knowledge in GAAP, SEC Filing.
• Provide training for newly hired employees on SEC Filing
• Extensive knowledge in software’s like Rivet, BT, Xcelerate-Edgar Online
