Implement members’ concierge requests and providing advice regarding the best, suitable and recommended for booking in hotels, restaurants, flight tickets…etc. Advice, recommend, implement and follow up regarding lifestyle management requests.
Point of connect between the head office in Jeddah and the project of kudai towers in makkah. I was responsible for checking and signing of all banking transactions (time deposits, outgoing and incoming transfers, checkbook requests and safe box request), revising the files prepared by the customer relationship officer (account’s openings, loans and credit cards ordering and initiating) and making sure that all documents are prepared correctly and completely, providing support to the branch manager in the development of marketing plans for the branch involved follow up implemented to achieve budget figures, LC reviewing and coordinating, selling all kind services (credit cards, personal loans and car loans) and testing system upgrades done by the IT department
I was responsible for opening customers’ accounts, FATCA, selling all kind of loans and cards for them, advising and guiding customers regarding the financial services offered by the bank (stocks, commodities, Forex, metals and bonds and introducing new customers to the bank. Moreover, training new CRO’s became my responsibility with time
I was responsible of the Cassie, ATM, Fiscal Stamp, Teller operations that requires big amount of cash and the proper work of the tellers in the branch
