• Managing HVAC computerized system that maintains an ideal environment in the Hotel.
• On site repairs of Mechanical equipment.
• Responsible of monitoring the boilers, chillers and air conditioning equipment performance.

• Development of preventive maintenance system that assures the quality of the hotel’s services.
• Size and route all building utility systems including steam, chilled water, compressed air, medical gasses and plumbing using CAD and BIM .
• Specification and selection of equipment i.e. Pumps, Fans, Air Handling Units, etc.
• Perform heat load calculations using Carrier HAP loads software and other software.
• Computer aided drafting of construction documents.
• Developing project specifications.
• Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.
• Managing projects using engineering principles and techniques.
• Working with other professionals, within and outside the engineering sector.
• Review project and equipment's submittals according to project specifications.

• As a Site engineer, managed the transportation and installation of chillers, AHUs, pumps and cooling towers.
• Development of a new work process method which increased the project finish time.
