• Work to improve the quality of education that is received by students in the school by preparing the Curriculum Mapping, Units’ Planners, Scope and Sequence, the Syllabus Breakdown and activities involving the implementation of International Standards of Learning in alignment with the PYP philosophy.
• Coordinate and follow up the implementation of the units of enquiries used for the PYP by integration with other subjects.
• Coordinate and follow up the use of Enquiry Cycle of the PYP for each theme and insure the implementation of all required projects.
• Build the end of theme rubrics according to the summative assessment.
• Follow up the implementation of the concepts and central Idea through integrated topics.
• Work on the Manage-Bac program for selecting the learning outcome for all the subjects according to the covered topics and the scope & sequence.
• Review the POI articulation (vertically and horizontally)
• Work on the written curriculum by making alignment of the scope and sequence with the ISOL.
• Evaluate the performance of the teachers and their abilities to implement the program.
• Provide teachers’ training on different International and PYP Standards and philosophy.
• Ensure effective collaborative work among academic staff.
• Encourage the development and implementation of the school’s hiring policy for International Education teachers that takes into consideration the experience of applicants, and knowledge of International Standers of Learning.

• Review and approve new programs, or recommend modifications to existing programs, submitting program proposals for school board approval as necessary.
• Confer with parents and staff to discuss educational activities, policies, and student behavioral or learning problems.
• Maintain coordinators files, and performance.
• Evaluate the work of the teachers and coordinators
• Prepare needed documents for the Schools accreditation from International Organization
• To help in the selection of textbooks and appropriate resource material for each subject
• To ensure lesson plans are in alignment with Core Standards, supervise the curriculum mapping, scope and sequence
• To help in the creation of testing materials, and all teacher created materials, to ensure they follow the Standards
• Conduct assessments tests for English and Math for new students and assist in the placement as specified by the Ministry of Education
• Evaluate the performance of teachers, coordinators, by attending classes
• Host the arrangement of any alternative or support program or homework sessions.
• Meet when required with the Ministry Inspectors, and make appropriate amendments when directed.
• Meet with mothers for any academic problem or inquiries
• Give workshops specifically to Coordinators and teachers when required
• Plan and develop instructional methods and content for educational, vocational, or student activity programs.
• Create the indicators for report cards for all levels
• Aid in the recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluating teaching and support staff.
• Follow up the results analysis for all students after each term.
• Develop mission statements, and set performance goals and objectives.
• Arrange with the team the needed document for the Advanc ED accreditation

• A member of the Board of Governor in Jeddah Knowledge School as (Technology and Resources Advisor)
• Selected as a committee chair for the school self study as a preparation for the accreditation of ECIS (European Council of International Schools).

• Coordinate and follow up the implementation of the units of enquiries used for the PYP by integration with other subjects.
• Coordinate and follow up the use of Design Cycle in the MYP Technology for all required projects.
• Develop a strategic plan for the coming 5 years for Technology Development.
• Encourage the development and implementation of the school’s hiring policy for International Education teachers that takes into consideration the experience of applicants, and knowledge of International Standers of Learning.

• Coordinate the requirements of the American Diploma and credits system.
• Take a leadership role in developing and implementing the school International plan for core subjects (English -Math and science) following the ISOL and Cambridge check points.
• Development of Primary Year Program to meet the requirement of the CIPP (Cambridge
International Primary Program).
• Check all necessary documentation for International Authorization.
• Follow up the performance of teachers in implementing the ISOL during the teaching process.
• Arrange for vertical meetings to discuss development of curriculum.
• Participate in the horizontal meetings in order to implement collaborative learning between subjects.
• Conduct internal workshops for new teachers to update them with all accreditation requirements.
• Ensure effective collaboration between technology and other academic subjects.
• Participate in the development of curricular standards and benchmarks to encourage appropriate use of technology in classrooms.
• Help in the quality assurance of the school marketing productions and materials.
• Train the educational team to prepare the Curriculum Mapping, Units’ Planner, Scope and Sequence, the Syllabus Breakdown and activities involving the implementation of International Standards of Learning for all grade levels for the international school.
• Coordinate and follow up the implementation of the units of enquiries used for the IPC (International Primary Curriculum) by integration with other subjects.
• Meet with the Authorization team and visitors of the international organization.

• Take a leadership role in developing and implementing the school technology plan
• Follow up the performance of all ICT staff and teachers and e-learning.
• Curriculum development according to AdvancED or NWAC requirements.
• Develop and provide technology resources to be used by the school’s teachers.
• Coordinate the Automation of lessons to be used by the interactive board.
