Construction of NEW AL AIN
HOSPITAL; oversaw and planned electrical works (LV and ELV).
It includes:
• 9 substations
• Cabling works
• From installation to Glanding and termination of
MDB’s, MCC’s, SMDB’s, FDB, Isolators and more
• Testing and commissioning
• Containment for Fire Alarm, CBS, UPS, MSFD, AHU, BMS, SEC, SCS and
more
• Attending inspection with consultant to get approval
• Preparing reports for daily work progress and future plan
• Monitoring the works
• Doing some Red marks (final As-built)
Material Take-off for all types of required material
• Construction and implementation of all types on electrical works
• Testing and commissioning
• Site visit to ensure the works is according to the drawing and
• specification
• Collaborates with the Manager, colleagues, and other staffs for support
System
• Red marks drawing (as-built)
•Responsible for reviewing the approved drawings and then implementation of works.
•To secure that the works are in good quality and in proper standards
•To complete the works before the given deadline.
•Testing of electrical components, devices, cables, motors and etc. before the submission of final inspection to avoid or less the rejections from the consultant.
