• Acted as the client-side project manager responsible for the entire process of Transsion
Headquarters from design to completion and delivery, ensuring high-quality project
execution.
• Key Project: Shenzhen Transsion Headquarters (77, 000㎡, 1 59m, completed).
• End-to-End Coordination: Independently handled the design and engineering
management of interior finishing sections, ensuring quality control throughout the project
lifecycle.
• System Development: Established project management processes from scratch,
implemented monthly planning, review, and reporting mechanisms, and created
standardized documentation systems.
• Cost Control: Collaborated with the cost department on budget preparation, tender
documentation, negotiation, variation pricing, and final account settlement, optimizing
the pre- and post-cost management system.

• Achievements: Served as the Groups technical representative for global
top-tier luxury residential projects. Responsible for technical R&D, resource integration,
and cross-cultural project management, ensuring technical risk control and maximizing
product value for major overseas investments.
• Key Project 1:
• (£400 million): Led acquisition due diligence,
design management, and planning applications. Established the overseas project
management processes and system from scratch. Acted as the key liaison between the
overseas project team and the domestic management team, utilizing professional English
communication skills. (HKD 4 billion) : Screened over 500 international suppliers and led technical research trips to
more than 15 countries for high-end custom products (windows, doors, stone, aquariums),
building a premium resource database. Extreme detail control: Directed the construction
of 1:1 physical mock-ups, ensuring perfect execution of top-tier craftsmanship and design
features, including electric bulletproof folding doors/windows and elevating pools.

Participated in the entire design process from
conceptual design to construction documents within international teams as a Project
Architect, laying a solid foundation in professional technical skills and international
collaboration.
