Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and registering employees on government websites, documenting contracts, communicating with insurance companies, and processing insurance cards. Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation and Ensure that all HR records and database are documented and filed
Handle employees' documents i.e iqama renewal, exit/re-entry, passport Uploading the wages protection file monthly with the "MUDD" system and justifying in the event of any violation and filing a report on the violations Archive all documents & files of the Human Resources Department, both on paper and electronically
Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Make Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening, calls assessments, and in-person interviews, and send the job offers Reviewing resumes and applications sent in by job applicants Scheduling and coordinating interviews
Welcoming new employees and arranging induction programs for them Follow up all employee's fingerprints on the daily attendance, departure, and absence, and implement the procedures followed in accordance with the work system and internal regulations
Uploading the payroll to Finance & ensure that the procedures are completed on time
