• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Provide the clients with all details of digitals products of Baker Hughes a GE company (BHGE).
• Searching for new clients who could benefit from BHGE digital products in
• Visit potential clients
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements
• Persuading clients that a product or service will be satisfied for their needs
by making technical sessions with BHGE technical team.
• Calculating client quotations
• Preparing reports for head office
• Recording and maintaining client contact data
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs by bringing technical expert from BHGE
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
• Solving client problems by (emails, visit, technical session) from BHGE
Expert team
• Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
• Work as part of a team and closely with other departments within the
Company
• Ultimately responsible for ensuring the team is consistently delivering
Working software to the standards the clients expect.
• Ensure my team is always working on the highest priority work and is aware of the priority to deliver the most possible value to Company at any time.
• Ensure the team is self-organizing to take collective responsibility for the work we do. It is not my job to tell people what to do but to enable them to do it themselves.
• Ensure the team is collaborating closely with our customers and partner and understands their requirements so we have a good understanding of the problems we are trying to solve and we do not waste time on rework and more importantly are able to suggest appropriate solutions to their needs.
Duties:
• IT department at GNPOC:
Track the network of the company.
Getting knowledge of the software of network management
network installation
wireless network
• Development department:
Reading and understanding PFDs and P&IDs.
Extraction the list of the instruments from the drawings.
Identifying the function of every instrument.
Reading and understanding the specification and data sheet of different instrument.
Assistant and report to the instrument engineer.
• Contracts:
Getting knowledge about contract process from end user until award of contract.
Assistant to the contract specialist.
• Production department
Get knowledge of HSE policies.
Get knowledge of DCS, fieldbus communication protocols and process of oil industry and side visit was held.
Participate in some projects such as sand problem in bamboo area
And integration between Avocet and DCS by using OPC
Degree: BSc (Honors) in Industrial Electronic Engineering
