1. Establish safe running of the Plant, including people & equipment by conduction toolbox meeting on safety and return on experience.
2. Ensure timely availability of products, with acceptable & agreed quality & service levels by
efficient planning of production processes meeting the sales orders and inventory levels.
3. All incoming Raw materials and monitored by Quality Control and Finished products should match Specifications.
4. Arrange optimization of resources, production & delivery processes on a continuous basis.
5. Timely hiring and training /Coaching them for the required position
6. Performing stock inventory on Quarterly Basis.
7. Liase with Statutory bodies like ECZA, KAEC, and stakeholders
8. To maintain smooth and cordial environment between, QC Department, Maintenance and production Department.
9. To examine, meet and improve upon the KPI targets arranged towards overall QHSE objectives.
10. Propose, agree & execute CAPEX budgets / contracts within the specified time frame
