• Provide advice, information and instruction on Project safety issues
• Assist in the application of Safety procedures
• Help manage risks and hazards in their area
• Report and investigate incidents, injuries and hazards
• Liaise with the head of the unit or controlled entity and other safety personnel
• Review and analyze injury and incident reports and data
• Develop injury and incident prevention strategies for their area
• Monitor local area compliance with Safety policy and procedures
• Audit local area HSE compliance with regard to risk, emergency and hazardous waste management
• Help promote HSE awareness
• Monitor the man-hour on daily basis
• Keep the record for AMAN system, IR Reporting & Work permit system in place.
• Establishes and implements loss prevention supervisory structure that promotes and encourages safe job performance, loss prevention, liability reduction, and promotes protection of critical process equipment.
• Assist in specified aspects of planning, scheduling and organizing loss prevention programs in commissioning and process area.
• Identifies and mitigates risks while delivering robust loss prevention strategy across a large area of the process plant; focus on operational risks. Which may have an impact on the pre commissioning, commissioning and start up schedule; provide proactive to range of emergency situations; review materials and permits.
• Implements of a comprehensive safety program in accordance with local legislation.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Performing Security Operations for the President of the Republic of the Philippines, First Family, Visiting head of states and other Foreign Dignitaries.
• Ensuring the Safety and Security of the President and all other VIP whom where tasked to secure.
• Performed Assistant Logistics and Operation Officer in Special Tasked Action Group of the Command in every time there is in need to organized for a Special Security Operations for the Head of State or other foreign dignitaries visiting the Philippines.
• Assists the Training Branch NCO in his duties and responsibilities.
• Facilitate series of trainings to improve and develop the skills and knowledge of the personnel of the Command
• Responsible for the implementation of Plans from Higher Headquarters.
• Conducts monitoring on current operational situation.
