Serve all guests and assist their needs. Acquire in depth knowledge of the F & B menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and provide advice to guest.Responsible for all service preparations before and after the service, also preparing the mis en place for the next day.Ensure that all in house and walk in guests are recognized upon arrival, and they receive prompt and efficient service according standard and achieve monthly target in Market Matrix.Handle guest complaint and request or if unable to do so, ensures that they are promptly reported to the Bar Manager/ Head Bartender.Helping in the inventory for linen and operating equipment every 3 months.Greet and seat the customer and serve them in a professional discreet & personalized way.
