• Analyze plans and specifications for construction feasibility of civil, structural and architectural phases and adequacy of installations and equipment. Finalizing requirements & specifications in consultation with collaborators/ promoters.
• Preparing and reviewing of Method Statements, Work Specific Quality Control Plans.
• Accountable for project scheduling including material & manpower planning. Participating in project review meetings for evaluating progress & resolving the areas of bottlenecks.
• Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within stipulated time & budgeted cost parameters and effective resources utilization to maximize the output/profit.
• Evaluating project, present cost / benefits analysis at project decision points.
• Liaising with internal and external agencies, clients, architects & consultants on determining technical specifications, approvals for smooth execution & obtaining on-time clearances to expedite the work progress.
• Getting approvals from the end customer for all types of drawings & datasheets of equipment after studying the scope of work & specifications of the assigned project
• Implementing QA/ QC procedures as per required norms and standards of given project.
• Ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction levels; maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.
• Coordinating with Senior Staff, Consultants and contractors about quality and progress of work. Preparing work slips and built drawings.
• Implementing operational budgets and ensure adherence to set parameters
• Assuring conformance of standard HSE and safety norms and specifications.
• Ensuring maintenance of proper Working Conditions, Housekeeping, Discipline and Safety at workstations.
