- Enhanced efficiency by updating the material return form, including a serial number column for improved tracking of claims with suppliers.
- Streamlined AHU traveling documents from 6 pages to a concise 1-page format.
- Demonstrated exceptional skills in processing over 50 claims, resulting in the successful acquisition of credit notes exceeding 100, 000 Saudi Riyals from the supplier.

The training program was divided into two sections across SAEI:
The first section is Engine maintenance and it was in Jet Propulsion Center (JPC), which is where the jet engine gets Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO).
The second section is Aircraft maintenance and it was in King Abdul Aziz International Airport (KAIA), it includes Light maintenance, Heavy Maintenance, and many Engineering departments.
