 Arrange a monthly list of all Western region cities requested equipments and submit it to “Work orders distribution committee” to make their decisions.
 Contacting contractors to check the availability of the requested equipments and to inform them about their Equipments Work Orders.
 Prepare monthly Equipments Work Orders.
 Making some daily office works like typing some official letters, preparing the section employees leave papers and Following the inspectors’ daily reports.
 Participating in “Al Dafra Festival 2010” as budget controller and administrative officer.
