 Circulate incoming and outgoing documents and make sure that it is properly distributed to all concerned departments
 Keep track of all Incoming and Outgoing documents by looking through both hard files and soft copy files
 Keep the document status updated on weekly basis
 Maintain a Master Log sheet for all incoming and outgoing documents
 Keep track and assign reference number for every documents
 Backup internal coordinate with other department
 Controlling documents and prepare copy for other department
 Prepare Daily Contemporary Record for our for Project Coordination Department
 Prepare Weekly Progress Report
 Coordinate with Department Manager and Sub-Contractor

 Provide service via telephone and face to face contact.
 Provide orientation to new users of existing technologies.
 Provides advance troubleshooting for desktop computers,
portable notebook and its peripherals
 Provides software installation for desktop and portable notebook
 Ensures that all hardware and software work properly.
 Provide network accounts and passwords as required.
 Provide troubleshooting for wireless networking, desktop sharing, LAN/WAN
