- Define the scope, objectives and measures of the project involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Prepare requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products in collaboration with business owners.
- Develop project plans in line with standardized project management practices within the organization.
- Develop project budget in line with budgetary guidelines and executive management directions.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for successful delivery of assigned projects.
- Lead projects’ teams towards the timely execution within defined delivery standards and quality expectations.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage scope changes/expansions in projects in line with executive management directions.
Close projects upon completion following standardized project closing policies and procedures.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and executive summaries and present them to executive management team.

- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentatio
- Raise technical query for any conflict information within the project technical document
- Prepare comparison report between tender documents and IFC documents in terms of materials quantities, specification and scope of work to commercial department to claim any variations in project objectives
- Review the technical submittal of materials and ensure its compliance with project specifications
- Ensure that any variations and instructions received from the client are incorporated into the latest construction issue drawings and auctioned by the construction team.
- Develop reports on project performance and team performance.
- Identify project risks and provide proposal to solve and/or mitigate .
- Develop time schedule and estimated duration for all activities.
- Study all technical drawings, document and any revision thereon for all Electrical Power Systems.
- Advise on construction methodologies in coordination with other disciplines/contractor/subcontractor prior to construction.
- Execute and deliver - monitor work to ensure project is built on schedule as per the contractual programme.
- Follow up the progress planning and monitoring the subcontractor performance.
- Determine the variances and implement the approved changes.
- Perform the quality assurance and quality control to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety
standards.
- Materials take off from contract drawings and Materials requisition.
- Direct, coordinate, installation and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, local codes and customer requirements .
- Keep accurate record of assigned work duties
- Hand off completed product.
- Develop project team and manage their Performance.
- Develop time schedule for the maintenance work with responsible company in Hajj terminal.
- Coordinates with main contractor and sub contractor on site
- Follow up work execution on site
- Integration with all stakeholders ( internal and outer )
- Support in conjunction with procurement manager project related procurement activities
- Prepare and revise all required drawings and develop as built drawings.
- Develop project schedule for all activities.
- Controlling and monitoring on all installation works of IP cameras and access control system.
- Testing and commissioning all systems and compare the results with quality control system
- Communication with all stakeholders in the project ( consultant, MEP and client) to meet with their expectations.
- Close out the project and hand over the final products and deliverable.
