• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
• Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Director or Managing Director of any problems that may arise.
• Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
• Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.

• One of ATM member for CMMI appraisal
• Control the document change process for all quality system process, procedures & records
• Receives the document change request, check the quality standard for the document
• Control and manage the quality documents distribution list to be up to date and be sure that any changes distributed to all interesting parties
• Responsible for Issuing all new quality documents maintain the electronic library for all quality system documents with respect to versions and change history.
• Work as audit project coordinator for the following activities (all arrangement with internal auditors, collect the audit report and distribute the audit plans for the auditors)

• Find and log defects with clear and concise description and reproduction steps
• Perform testing from scripted test cases as directed by management staff
• Review product documentation for accuracy, clarity, consistency, completeness and compliance
• Assist in maintaining test environments
• Analyze and review discrepancies resulting from executed test
• Perform extensive System, Function and Regression testing
• Analyze issues and determine if issue needs to be escalated to QA Lead/Manager
• Work closely with Development team to isolate and resolve bugs/issues
