Working side by side with the developers to craft user interface designs for the ministry’s applications using Adobe XD and producing HTML/CSS pages in case the project in hand is a web-based project.
Coming from an IT background and being in the market for a long time dealing with all types of clients and business stakeholders, my main role was being the focal point between the business stakeholders and development team.
Job responsibilities:
- Understand management’s requirements and discuss its feasibility with business stakeholders.
- Plan ahead for upcoming projects or requirements, prioritize it and allocate the needed resources for it.
- Make sure that the final product is exactly how it was supposed to be from a functional and visual perspective by preparing test cases and test scenarios that cover all routes throughout a user’s journey.
- Conduct meetings with external clients and investors to explain how we operate and clarify our business model whenever needed.
- Working side by side with digital marketing to review analytics and extract useful information out of it and discuss how we can use it to increase our company’s revenue.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with business stakeholders to come up with new and innovative ways that give our customer the smoothest ordering experience possible.
- Follow up with Customer Support department to review issues that our customers might have and solve it on the spot.
- Build contingency plans and review it regularly to ensure business continuity.
- Design new products (systems) whenever a need is seen to make the business run as smooth as possible and to eliminate errors and delays.
My main role is to provide designs and artworks for communications being sent using the new Starbucks application for smartphones (Android & iPhone) which supports Starbucks loyalty program My Starbucks Rewards.
In addition to providing mailing artworks, I work with other team members to help in designing and developing project-specific websites, video editing, and print design.
I am also part of the test group which tests all new functionalities for the Starbucks app and Starbucks ME website.
- Designing and developing websites, web applications, smartphone applications (Android and iPhone).
- Planning and implementing full integrated marketing and media solutions.
- Leading a group of designers and developers to develop custom applications according to customer's needs.
I was responsible for designing ads for the clinic (Print and Social Media). Also I was responsible for running social media campaigns for the clinic.
I have worked as a web designer and developer for more than two years. I have created more than 3 websites, and a lot of modifications on each.
Starting from scratch, and using PHP, me and my team have build a lot of successful websites and supported it for a long time.
Building the whole new system; a complete system of the faculty including registration system, payroll system .. etc
Unfortunately the project has stopped due to the lack of funding.

Studied all computer science subjects including but not limited to programming, artificial intelligence, calculus and statistics, computer graphics and computer vision, OOP, Software engineering, and software testing. Proud of getting A grades in all computer science related subjects.
