• Establishing Total Quality Management system
• Ensure that the contract is effectively apply
• Supervise all members of the QA/QC department in all aspects of the business
• Manage and update existing Operating Procedures and Quality Manuals as required
• Create all procedures and monitor existing working practices and review for continual improvement
• Work with existing QA/QC personnel in working within existing ISO 9001/API Q1 authorizations
• Develop work instructions to existing company quality standards
• Co-ordinate with Industry Standards Authorities in conducting API, ISO and OEM external audits to maintain accreditations
• Regular assessment of current QA/QC personnel, hire suitable new personnel and train to company requirements as required
• Create monitoring system to maintain quality and compliance targets assigned by O.E.M procedures and API Q1, ISO 9001 specification
• Ensure existing and new QA/QC employees fully understand and comply with roles and responsibilities
• Conduct management meetings
• Ensure all QA/QC records, data and information is current and available to Top Management as required
• Schedule, monitor and review inspections produced by QA/QC personnel
• Compile quality plans and design QDP's to meet client and OEM requirements
• Ensuring activities in the quality plan are carried out and inspections hold points are performed
• Analyze and close out CAR's and NCR's raised internal or externally
• Investigate customer complaints and perform route cause analysis
• Assist all company departments to maintain productivity and efficiency
• Preparing QA/QC Monthly Reports for top Management
