Key Accountabilities:
• Maintain specialist equipment for video production, broadcast and satellite transmission, and interactive media.
• Set up and monitor audiovisual links between units in different locations.

• Deftly worked on the Planning Tool to produce study of coverage holes in 2G/3G.
• Effectively responded to VIP issues and assembled the team to resolve them.
• Represented the department in various meetings related to sites roll-out and projects.
• Researched and tested the new proposed coverage solutions.
• Checked the network stats continuously and monitored the network performance.
• Escalated the unsolved issues to other departments or vendors whenever necessary.
• Efficiently trained help-desk personnel to aid tackling coverage tickets.
• Explored new markets and business opportunities.
