customers while serving them and to ensure anyone entering the store is professionally
attended to.
* Provide exceptional customer service by performing up-selling, suggesting alternatives
and following up on customer’s requests.
* Assisting shoppers to find the goods they are looking for.
* Promote new products to walk-in customer and record orders.
* Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
* Process payments in terms of cash and credit cards.
* Tally cash with receipts at the end of the shift.
* Maintain stocks and inventory.
* Maintain the cleanliness and good ambience of the store.
