• Promoted as Site Manager and assigned to handle the installation, testing & commissioning and handing over of below projects.
1. The Royal Atlantis Project at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, U.A.E
-74 lifts + 2 Escalators
2. Meydan One Mall, Dubai, U.A.E
-315 Units of Lifts & Escalators
• Manage all project related tasks to achieve the project objectives on time and within the cost target by strictly enforcing quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the project.
• Monitor & Review Installation Progress to ensure program is adhered to.
• Respond to Customers/Clients inquiries or complaints in a Professional manner and visit Clients and or sites to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
• Liaise with Installation Manager daily to ensure any issues are raised, discussed, and overcome as required.
Some Handled Project:
1. Al Farid Tower - Dubai, UAE- 14 Elevators
2. UCC Building - Dubai, UAE- 10 Elevators
3. Many more small villas & Buildings around Dubai.
• Manage & coordinate with other Project Engineer/Site Engineer/Supervisor for minimization of the project duration time with a constant on the total availability of key resources.
• Monitor day to day activity of the projects handled.
• Maintain schedule, feedback to Manager about the project progress
• Ensure timely completion of the project as per schedules laid down.
• To coordinate with other engineers & supervisors onsite.

1. Innovation Hub Building - Dubai, UAE- 20 Elevators + 4 Escalators
2. The Residence at Marina Gate Tower 2 - 16 elevators (42 stops)
