Duties and Responsibilities
1. Prepares time schedule in Primavera, MS Project and Excel.
2. Verification of work done from job site.
3. Prepares invoice for billing purposes.
4. Consolidate and monitor Daily Work Schedule and Progress/Accomplishment Report of all ACE Projects.
5. Prepares Weekly/Monthly reports such as accomplishment, manpower, and overtime.
6. Coordinates to ACE Managers and concerned associates regarding manpower, material, equipment, work schedule, and accomplishments.
7. Prepares and monitor Saudi Electric Co. (SEC) Work Orders using Focus-ERP.
8. Generates internal and external report forms.
9. Attends client meeting and coordinates them regarding the schedule and progress.

2. Prepares and update Daily & Weekly Job Card / Work Pack.

4. Provide analysis and evaluation of project progress (Plan vs. Actual Progress).
5. Progress monitoring and tracking.
6. Coordinates with procurement/material management for free-issue material and company supply material status.
7. Coordinate with various departments regarding the project schedule status.
8. Encoding and tracking of Bill of Materials from shop drawing as reference for
Progress measurement of various disciplines.
Bechtel - GLNG Modular Yard Project
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Leads and controls skilled labor and work crews engaged in all activities concerned with the electrical and instrumentation works aspects of the project. Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the works. Able to demonstrate good organizational skills, following policies, procedures and work practices, and developing improvements where necessary.
2. Install junction box, control panel, electrical panel, lightings, receptacles, instruments and cable ladder/tray.
3. Cable glanding - CCG Cable Terminations (Maker)

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Reports directly to the HA Inspector and Client Superintendent for the issues and concern of the site/module condition (quality and quantity issues).
2. Instruct / guide the PBQ Observers based on Australian Standards and as per HA Inspector/Client Superintendent
3. Visual inspection for the cleanliness, completeness and correct application/installation of Electrical equipment and instruments at the Non and Hazardous area.
4. Inspect the bending radius of the cable for the safely be bent during installation and for the long term.
5. Issuing Quality Prompt for the non-conformance equipment and E&I commodities.
Technical Skills
1. Printing of Cable/Core Tags, Electrical/Instruments Equipment Tags and Cable Ladder ID using DOT Card System, DOT Shrink System, DOT Laser Engraving Machine and Brady MarkerWare.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Conducts evaluations for machine defects and improvements of equipment productivity goal and conducts meeting to formulate corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances.
2. Performs periodic preventive maintenance to reach machine downtime goal or deadline for subsequent assigned machines, conduct set-up, convert, and program machines, repairs and operates machine as needed.
3. Maintain the tools, equipment and monitors equipment records such as equipment history, trouble records, PM records and set-up checklist of the section to ensure that all systems and processes are documented from start of process up to end in alignment to ISO standards compliance.
4. Provides preventive maintenance schedules, machine recovery schedules, manpower schedules, Process Flow Chart, Machine Troubleshooting.
Technical Skills
1. Knowledgeable in measuring instruments of AOI machines and HEPA / ULPA Filters (Oscilloscope, Laser power meter, Air flow meter, Particle counter)
