• Under the Data Management and Insights department I managed technical projects, lead sprint kick-offs, demos, team trainings, daily stand ups, requirement refinement, sprint retrospectives, demos and solution testing.

• Using Salesforce and Jira I completed projects involving tech upgrades and process improvements to lower our cost to service, opened new ways to win business resulting in over $480k in added revenue
• In an Agile environment I managed a sprint backlog while facilitating developer team stand ups, sprint planning meetings, story pointing, requirement refinement and sprint retrospectives on projects related to customer facing website enhancements.
• Established KPIs to track progress and compare old processes with new/proposed workflows then worked cross functionally with technology teams and department managers on projects relating to new client on-boarding, operations, quoting, product, and sales operations. • Implemented and standardized four new workflows which lowered our shipping CTS by 5% while providing the clients with market-first inventory insights.

• Digitally prepared documents require to clear US customs including filing over 4000 importer security filings amounting to over $180, 000 in revenue. Digitized over 8850 commercial invoices, with extreme attention to detail, amounting to over $30 million in client inventory.
