Summary:
I have been working within the Digital Creative Team at Salt since January, where I have been building my universe in Client Services (Project Managers / Directors, Account Mangers / Directors etc.). Summary:

Summary:

I became the Lettings Manager in 2011 and gained a lot of experience dealing with high end properties and multiple Landlords, listening to their needs and constantly assessing the marketing of their property and general running of an office. I believe that motivation and communication are key to a good working environment and that is then passed on to our applicants and Clients.

In my first year as Lettings Manager I achieved the highest conversion from valuation to instruction rate in the company of 78%, and by the end of the year we had our best ever month in Hampton Hill with an increase of £30, 500 from 2010.

My final year (2012) was successful from the hard work that we put in the previous year and with the backing of the company to implement Ideas, we had had another record year with an increase of £24, 500 on 2011.

From the time of joining Chase Buchanan I gained a lot experience in the sales sector and in particular the Lettings industry. In 2008 I took and passed my ARLA exam which then led to me gaining promotion to Senior Lettings Negotiator in our St Margarets branch. Following a successful period in St Margarets I was asked to become Lettings Manager in the Hampton Hill branch.
