Preparing Method Statement and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). And Material Submittal.
Attending and witnessing for Factory acceptance test for Electrical panels, cables and diesel generator. Preparing consolidated permit to work.
Preparing Spare Parts & Interchangeability Records.
Review and interpret electrical drawings before quality takeoff. Prepare material quantity take off.
Gather test results for submittal and review by the client.
Conduct interfacing with other discipline in the field in order to attain the objective and aver any miscalculation in the field.
Provide early warning of potential quality problems and issues.
Provide expertise to the Construction Manager and Site Team to avoid and resolve quality problems.
Conduct QC inspection as planned on Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP). Provide RFIs (Request for Inspection).
Prepare Technical Query as project dictates and for submittal prior to client’s approval.

Supervise installation, testing, commissioning and integration of810kVA, 0.415kV Diesel Generator, 80kVA Dual Redundant AC UPS, Electrical Distribution Board, feeder pillar, power & light’s, high mast and sewerage & booster pumps
Supervise sub-contractors for installation, testing, commissioning and integration for telecommunication, fire alarm, IT, building management and security system to maintain good quality of works.
