Responsible in all electrical and mechanical works, repairs and troubleshooting, conduct daily monitoring and checking of all plant facilities, and reliever to operate the Thermoforming machine if the operator is on Vacation, as additional task the management assigned me to conduct the Quality Inspection during production operation, monitor, ensure and check the safety measures in all areas of the plant and check the proper hygiene and the proper attire of all plant personnel if they are complying in the Rules and Regulation of the company.
Checked all the electrical facilities of the plant, responsible the operation and maintenance of 2 units 650 kva generator sets, responsible in all electrical and mechanical repairs and troubleshooting, maintain the operation of chillers and cooling towers, conduct weekly and Monthly Preventive and Corrective Maintenance works, and ensure safety measure in all areas of responsibilities.
Responsible in all Electrical and Mechanical repairs and troubleshooting, including pneumatic and PLC controls, as a Foreman assigned my maintenance staff in all area of production line to check, monitor, repairs and troubleshooting works, scheduling and conducting weekly and monthly preventive and corrective maintenance works, as part of the job submit machines daily status reports to the Top Management and coordinate to the Plant Manager all the improvements and accomplishments of the Maintenance Department, and ensure Safety Measure in all areas of responsibilities.
As the pioneer of the company we mount and install all the machines inside the Factory, responsible in electrical works terminations and installation of controls, conducted commissioning and testing before the operation of the factory,
Responsible the operation of Hydraulic Dedenter, Roto Flush, Chainer, Vacuum Machines and Leak Detector, checked and removed dirt inside of deformed drums (2nd hand) before putting into Hydraulic Dedenter Machine as first procedure of the operation, then after reforming the drum, prepare to put in the chainer with chains and diesel to totally remove all dirt and particles inside the drums, and cleansing it to the roto flush with water and checked the leakage at the leak detector.
Responsible the operation of Body Maker machine and End Lid Machine at Assembly line, by preparing the Blanks and Lid Materials before putting at the automatic feeder part of the machine., responsible in monitoring and checking the rejected materials and finished product during the operation, as well as the condition of the machine, responsible to hit the target output ( quota), and see to it that the working area is in clean and orderly before and after the operation, conduct preventive and corrective maintenance works and conduct trouble shooting and repairs if needed during the operation with the assistance of maintenance staff,
