Deployed on Cougar 12 (Majority of countries in the Mediterranean) as leader of an 8 man team with integration of foreign forces under my command. Working environments changed rapidly with the tempo of the deployment so leadership and responsibilities were exceptionally high.
Employed on Ceteus 10 \[Arctic Circle (Norway) above 66.6 degrees north\] Worked as a section commander of 9 men in temperatures reaching -40 degrees Celsius. Responsibility was extremely high with the environmental aspects limiting communication and control. To achieve this great leadership, management and guidance was needed.
Deployed on Herrick 14 (Afghanistan) as point man of a patrol section demonstrating high stress and pressure levels where I exceed these qualities keeping the section safe by leading them through difficult terrain and hostile situations.
