Job Description/Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development and achievement of the store business goals such as Sales, Profitability Targets, Customer Satisfaction, and FSC Level. Develop the morale of the store team, store's adherence to JFC's operating systems and standard compliance with all government requirements.

Defines and achieve Store Sales target and Sales Growth target. Create a sale and marketing orientation among the store team by leading them in defining customer needs, sales opportunities, and in designing and implementing sales building and local store marketing strategies.

Regularly reviews Sales Performance as part of the business review process. Is cognizant of all information that affects store sales performance levels. Continuously seek ways to improve sales level/sales growth.

Define Customer Satisfaction Survey Results Targets, FSC Targets, and QSR levels.

Work with ARM1/ARM2/ARM3 to ensure that all store operation to support FSC needs are integrated and effectively implemented by the assigned managers, ensures that all training and competency building activities are in place.

Prepare store PNL Budgets, defines and achieves PNL targets. Work with the ARM's in defining strategies and defining initiatives to achieve variable cost targets.

Handle store business review and continuously seek ways to improve PNL review.
Leads the store team an atmosphere that lives the Jollibee values. Ensures achievement of targeted competency levels.

Ensure store adherence to Jollibee Corporation Operating System, policies, procedures, and standards. Ensures store compliance with government requirements such as store permits and licenses.

Performs shift opening and closing duties in accordance with manager's checklist.

Assist Manager in payroll preparation for all staff.

Monitors floor volume at all times and assist with seating, serving and kitchen communication as needed to ensure adequate coverage and guest satisfaction.

Maintains a safe and sanitary work environment for all associates and guests and compliance to all local government requirements.

Maintains regular attendance, is consistently on time, and observes prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards.

Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.
