Monitoring the lobby area ensuring it is safe from suspicious persons and it is in calm atmosphere.
Assisting the bell desk captain in luggage storage.
Taking action of incidents occurring professionally and making a report to the concerned manager on duty.
Assisting guests at the lobby with any information they need
Assisting the bell attendants in case they are busy in
1)Patrol: - Patrolling in the club premises including offices, kitchens, guest areas, function rooms, outlets, etc. during working hours.
2)Lost and Found: Recording ALL Lost and found items and releasing them to the guest whenever they inquire.
3) Fire and Life Safety System: - To be ALPHA of the fire team and ensuring all the fire emergencies are properly communicated and co-ordinated with ERT (Emergency Response Team) members. Ensuring the fire exits are unobstructed. Monitoring fire exits through Access Control System. Ensuring the fire exits doors are closed at all the times. Reporting and co-ordinating with FLSM (Fire and Life Safety Manager).
